Job Description

For one of our clients with presence across EMEA active in the ICT, Automotive, Energy Infrastructure, e-Mobility, and Automation sectors. We are looking for a channel sales manager to sustainably develop their business and market share.

Key Challenges:

Business Development & Market Growth – Expand market share by developing Key Accounts and channel partners in the Benelux for UPS & Data Center solutions.
Strategic Positioning & Partner Enablement – Position our client as a preferred supplier while strengthening relationships and supporting partners in market expansion.
Sales & Competitive Monitoring – Identify business opportunities, track competitor activities, and execute strategies to enhance the companies market footprint.
Contract Negotiations & Project Execution – Lead negotiations, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and collaborate with partners to influence end-user designs.

Qualifications

Industry Expertise – 10+ years of experience in Key Account/Channel Management with a strong understanding of UPS and Data Center infrastructure.
Market & Competitive Knowledge – Deep understanding of competitors’ products, pricing, and industry trends.
Technical & Project Management Skills – Ability to communicate technical details and manage complex projects effectively.
Strong Communication & Mobility – Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, fluency in English, and willingness to travel regularly.
