We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong technical background to lead strategic sales initiatives and strengthen relationships with major enterprise clients in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the banking/financial industry.

Your Role:

  • Manage and grow enterprise accounts by developing long-term relationships with top-tier clients.
  • Lead consultative sales by engaging with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose tailored XaaS and IT solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the Dutch enterprise market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive consistent revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Close high-value deals by leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate for impact by working closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals and ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of the market by monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep solutions innovative and competitive.

  • Experience in enterprise sales, focusing on IT-managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. experience i
  • A proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dutch IT market.
  • A strong hunter mindset, proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network to drive client acquisition.
  • Experience in selling IT solutions to financial institutions is a significant plus.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch proficiency is a strong advantage).
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
